Hi there!
I've been considering about autoupdate feature via Internet but there
is some questions without answers...
1) Is there any existing library providing support functions for
getting updates from Internet? So I could just check & download newer
versions without any knowledge about TCP/IP?
2) If I have to create my own updater, is it inefficient if I use
something like Open("tcp:mysite/portnum") -> Write(get versionlist.html
http 1.0") etc. instead of functions in the bsdsocket.library?
Socket.doc in the MiamiSDK looks too complex for a such small
project...
Uhm, any comments?
