Some of this allready exists, app/stdio/ is the tao version of C; or /bin
or windows\ or System:
Have a look around the virtual file system that exits under the SDK and
thats pretty much what you will have to live with.

Windows is a big mess, unix/linux is very organised all the system config
files are in /etc and personal configs in the /home (or /root) dir.

Amiga allready said they will be supporting Matrox from day one, with
others comming when needed.
