I've ported Netpbm (see below) and uploaded it to the CVS server.
It's not 100% clean, but I'm not going to have a chance to work on it
for a while so if someone else wants to do the stuff on the TO DO list
below please have at it.

What Doesn't Work:
Postscript translators - they needed fork()
RLE/RLA formats - they need fork()
TO DO:
* Get Utah RLE lib working
* Create a tool for 'stamp-date' script that will work under AmigaVP
* Get 'make clean' working
* Write an install script using 'cpt'
* See if there can be a work-around for postscript fork()
* Test more of the tools to make sure they all work.
