Maybe the GUI API should allow an app to register such a table of events
and then other apps could use them to control it (something like
"ARexx lite". This way, we could have several GUIs for the same app,
for example, one which is driven by a script and another which is
driven by some kind of remote GUI or skins.

And the table above should be per-user (because I want to close *all*
my windows with Alt-F4; I don't want any crazy app designer to force
me to learn a different key for his app because he doesn't like Alt-F4).
