Ever since MUI was included with the Amiga Surfer packs, amiga have tried
to go that way. But this is nothing special its only Windoze & MacOS, that
are totaly unconfigurable at system level, ok apps can have skins, but it
should be system wide.
A MUI / enlightenment level of configuration would be great, and if
shipped with a quality config / theme editor it would be great.
