I think it should be possible to use sysgen to build a system image
with a different keycode cooking table besides the "standard"
gb-table.img. However, I tried for quite a while to do that, and was
never able to get it to work. I asked Patrick to add a question about
it to his next round of developer questions. But it will be a while
before he submits another list. Maybe someone out there knows?
