| Subject: | AMIOPEN: "make" - has anyone tried to port a newer version |
I've been having a lot of problems with "make" recenty - specifically,
Makefiles which run perfectly under Linux (make v 3.96.1) just won't
work with AMI make (version 3.76.1).
I don'y know if my problems are due to AMI using an old version of
make, or something else. If it's because of the old version of make,
has anyone compiled a later version?
I'd appreciate any help you can give - at the moment I seem to be
spending more time fiddling with Makefiles than actaully working on the
source code. ;(
