Yup, I don't think the Alpha is even considered... Even the CPU is more expensive than the overall system price target. I think they will use the Mustang version of the Duron, as AMD might be one of the few companies that can commit for 100 000 CPU's. There are many other interesting CPU's coming out late this year or early next year( SH-5, SiByte, MIPS64 20K, MAJC etc), but I doubt any of those will be chosen for the Amiga One.
