They are breaking up with Microsoft for the future, since they are
now a competitor to Sega (remember X-box?)...
They have a Win CE compatible API, but I'd surprise me greatly
if their agreement with MS ment they can only use WinCe.
There were some announcement a few months ago that Sega
made about bringing a Java Browser to Dreamcast - the company
was in no way related to MS (I think it was on Devicetop.com)
I think my argument(s) remain valid...
