What if one of these binary config. files is hindering your system to boot,
and the COFEE (with all support tools etc.) doesn't fit on the repair /
rescue disk?
I thought Windows tought you that a binary config file or database system is
the main
reason people have to reinstall the whole OS, and then reinstall /
configure all apps thereafter, whenever something breaks.
