That's a very good question, Mike, and I'm so glad you asked.
Since it's not integrated into the OS yet, you can use my app/stdio/cpt
shell command (found in the Amiga, Inc CVS archive) to move the
tools to their new home, and the tcall macro I posted to the SDK FAQ
in your code so that you can determine at run-time what tool path to
call. Not the easiest, but the easiest way available for now.
