Actually, what is there does the right job and says this:

SDK updates
SDK updates are only released to official Amiga Support Network beta testers
and developers who have purchased an SDK from supported vendors.
Please login using your Amiga Support Network (ASN) or Developer ID and
password.

The reason he got the same message again is because he doesn't yet have
access to SDK updates. Someone (yes, I will do it if that is your wish,
once I know who to give what access) will need to upgrade his access level
as well as any others who are to receive updates from the support site..
Those who have access (which is basically you and I, Gary, at present)
should see:

SDK Updates
This section under construction. Testing only. Please do not expect it to do
anything for you at this time.
Test file

This "Test file" will go away once a real update is available. :)
Cheers,
Ray
