The current plan is not to have an integrated installer. There will be an
example that people can use if they want to, but the format is open enough to
let anyone write their own.

One more thing to mention- AmiPak will exist on the AmigaVP as both
a stand-alone executable and a set of secondary tools that other apps can call.
