IMHO currently the AHI PPC is not very interesting. It is basically adding a
PPC Native Mixer to AHI. All software where AHI would be interesting
(Games/Emulators) usually uses a "own" Mixer anyways. So for these programs
(programs like Heretic II, Quake, WarpSNES, MAME, Wipeout 2097...) AHI PPC
does not run any faster than AHI 68k anyways (Well, in case of Quake my own
Quake port sadly does not yet support AHI, hopefully a future version :) ).

I think most of the problems of the AHI authors might be as he "hacked" the
device in using gcc. I think doing a WarpOS Native version with PPC Native
Drivers would be very interesting (though also a lot of work, as most of these
drivers currently are written in 68k ASM AFAIK).
