hm, 640x480x16 = 4915200bit = ca 4,9mbit pr frame.
I guess we're talking MB not Mb, so 21MB/s = 21*8 = 168mbit/s
168/4,9mbit = 34,2 frames pr second...
jepp, my calculations shows pretty much the same... it
is impossible to reach more than about 35fps with that trasfer rate...
