It uses PPCAllocVec for memory allocation and for AGA-only users it introduces
a c2p to run CGX-only softwar on AGA (but only if this software does not do
direct Video RAM Access... AFAIK it was included to run IsisPPC on AGA). CGX
PPC causes some major trouble with Warp3D, so it i *not* recommended (QuakeWOS
crawling at 3 fps as it happened for at least one person). Anyways, starting
with CGX 4 this so-called CGX PPC was removed again.
