Not entirely true. Their are some "names" where Amiga has a copyright on
("Workbench" being one of them, and I think "Intuition" is another).

Not true. Also for the H&P side a lot of things exist which don't for MorphOS
(3D Support for example)

Not true. There was a change their. M@tabox (which is the correct writing BTW
:) ) will ship the Boards with the H&P Emulation. Check the last update from
them. No work with the MorphOS people there.
