There are several possibilities to explain the facts:

Sounds good even there is no need to be transmeta the company ...

YES - he is the man who brought us OS 3.5
remember until he starts everybody was telling "let the classic line
die"
So thanks Jim Collas 4 bringing us OS3.5 ... and let's see what the
future may bring ...
