I've seen it for Windows 9x/NT...but it was a really nasty thing. It gave
you two "screens" and you flicked between them by click a gizmo in the
system tray. But what it did was save a list of the visible programs to
memory, minimize them and then maximize everything else reversing the
process when you flicked back :(
