Here's the thing. Sometime in the eighties (AFAIR), on bulletin boards and
esp. on FIDOnet a great standard was born (It all started on UNIX systems
then I'm not quite sure where it came from before FIDO, but people have
suggested UNIX). The Idea was that you could change the type of the text
printed by enclosing your words in special charecters, *, _, /, which would
set the text of the word to *Bold*, _Underlined_, and /Italics/. (The
#Colour# thing wqas added much later) Problem is YAM doesn't interpret
them correctly, try loading them in SPOT or Thor (the mails) and they
should turn out right.
