Review
Good old Andrew Braybrook produced some great games, this is one of them.
Right, it's basically a sideways scrolling blaster with a rather
simplistic end of level subgame. Most of the time though you'll be roaring
up and down the decks of massive spaceships desperately blasting a variety
of fighters while attempting to avoid the mothership's superstructure.
There are power-ups of all sorts for you to collect, and it's all been
implimented by a perfectionist. The attention to detail is superb and the
range of weapons, ships, sounds, music tracks and levels should satisfy
anyone. The subgame, where you board the vessel you've been blasting, is
slightly disappointing, apparently it was originally going to be more
along the lines of Alien Breed, but this had to be dropped. This is my
favourite blaster on the Amiga though, and is surely worth a look.
