Review
This horizontally scrolling shooting game is very reminicent of the
game R-Type.

You control a spaceship and must blast your way past all the enemy
creatures, through some mazes, and get to the end of the level. The game
is very similiar to R-Type and is just as good if not better. The enemies
come at you from all directions and although they attack in set patterns
they are very numerous. You are armed with a gun but can collect different
and more powerful weapons by killing the creatures and having them release
a weapon icon. You can also hold down the button for a second and release
a super shot. This game is your typical sideways shooter but has been done
very nicely and is better then most games in this genre. It doesn't add
anything new and sticks to the tried and tested formula.

The graphics and sound are good and the game plays very well. Joystick
response, collision detection and level design are all very good, and the
difficulty level is just about perfect. The levels all vary nicely and I
never got bored of playing.

In conclusion, nothing fancy but it's a well programmed game. I can't
find any major faults. This is your common shoot'em up executed very well.
I really enjoyed playing this game and thought it was better then R-Type.
If you like shoot'em ups, then I'm sure you will like this game. This game
deserves a spot in every shoot'em up fans software collection.
