I had a look for one of these a while ago, with no luck. There are PC
programs that do this, the software supplied with digital cameras
usually has such a feature.
I believe it's a fairly simple operation to change the orientation of a
JPEG without decompressing it, a matter of changing some indexing
information. I'm surprised no one has ported this to the Amiga.

You cold try asking in csa.programming, someone there is bound to rise
to the challenge. Or you could ask in csa.misc to see if the VIC will
have this capability :)
