Ok.
The biggest field i concentrated on with my miggy is sound
(but i havn't got a sound card )so off to maplins i went,
platinum coated cd audio cable,rca plugs(gold plated naturally)
and a second cd drive a sony audiogem 40x (just for audio),
JAZZ Nxt Flat panel speakersand computer amp, and my stereo
(cambridge audio £1200).
cutting the end off the cd audio cable and attaching it to the rca plugs gave an output to both the stereo and the nxt speakers(built into the power tower case)
But hang on what about the amiga audio ?

after looking in the a1200 referance manual i found that the edge connector has audio output, so i tested them and compared the results with the normal audio outputs (female RCA on the m/b).
The sound from the edge connector was better so some delicate work and a trip to maplins later i had audio mixed together and could listen to FUCKPC.mod and Ramstien - Du hast at the same time
(sounds good )
hardware hacking pays off.
next project - IDE board that is better than the power flyer.
in the works - usb pci card drivers.(GET READY ! )
unrelated - Does anybody on this list play 40k ?
