Fools, the lot of you. Everyone knows the answer is "Print it normally, and
then
glue the pairs of pages together"!
You may wish to get a grown-up to help you, unless you want hair, bits of
wallpaper, your pets, other peoples pets, and small children stuck to it.
CD Snot probably doesn't do the trick in this case.
