You do need to add the existing tracks to the new session. The software
should recognise that they are already on the disc and put links to them
in the TOC. I've no idea how you do this with MasterISO, it's far too
unstable to use here.
The lack of the later tracks on a CD player means they don't support
multi-session discs.
