I'll give this a try next time, as I already closed the CD now (thought that might finally update the TOC so it could be read properly in a normal CD player, but that didn't work). In theory it sounds like it would work: MasterISO recognising that the first 6 or so tracks are already there and just adding the new tracks and updating TOC accordingly.

Everyone else says this too, so I may just have to suffice with using only half a CD, or wait until I have enough tracks to completely fill the CD before I burn it, and just leave the multisession CD's to my HD backups :)
