However, Matt does have a point: if you are using HTML for program
manuals, or as a substitute for Scala, frames could be useful.
The Scala-substitute would need a special browser that filled the
display with the page, with no strip of Back/Home/Refresh etc at the
top. That would make a useful Amiga product, if there were BoXeRs or
similar to run it on.
