Press "T" during game to go into multiplayer option, then type in the following.
1GODNESS - add money
2DECADES - set tech level to max
3ABLAZEEW - force mission successfull
4LOOSING - force mission fail
5TICKING - add time on limited levels
typing in the numbers is important. You can enter more than one cheat at a time
