You can do that with IE very very easily. It has a Kiosk mode, we tinkered
with it in my last days at Leicester Uni, trying to create a system whereby
we could monitor the usage of user areas from little terminals. First stage
was to make the webpages, second to deploy machines in user areas using
IE in kiosk mode, and I think there were rumours of flatpanels and touch
screens :)

You find and download the full specifications and technical details of the
Macromedia Flash file format and content description, and then pass it
on to David Gerber. You yourself, Don Cox. If you can't get hold of it (and
I'll bet you a pint you can't :) then neither can anyone else.
