Did you re-install the software again onto the OS35 partition???
Otherwise check connections... It doesn't take much to make or break contact - the slightly bump to the card (or a hard thump to the desk) can make the card unrecognisable... Just take it out and put it back in again and you should be right (if it is just a contact problem)
