Computer Fairs are the best place to get cheap stuff *IF* *YOU* *KNOW* what
you are doing and what you want. There's always really cheap consumable goods,
and lots of second hand or stock clearance hardware - but also lots of faulty
goods people are trying to get rid of. E.g., I imagine the stalls with
"untested harddisks, £5" are only actually selling spare parts ;-)
