Lowercase tags are hard to read for me, I figure I can hold out until someone
forces me to comply :)
I don't have access to a source-highlighting editor sometimes, and it's
easier to see uppercase tags in a mess of code than it is to look for the
left-facing angle-bracket and a recognisable tag name..
