You've posted this a number of times now. I have a feeling that no one seems
to have replied yet partly because they don't have the answer (and no, I'm
afraid I don't either).

I also fear it they may be being put off reading your mail as it's being
sent in HTML, and unless your mailer's set up for it, it looks like a large
amount of gibberish (or does to me, anyway :)

It might be worth posting again in a purely text format, though like I say,
it might be that no one can help you.
