Open a shell
15.Workbench:> getenv hostname
niblet.demon.co.uk
15.Workbench:> miami:miamiresolve niblet.demon.co.uk
host: niblet.demon.co.uk
address list:
194.222.178.131
(if you have Genesis, use "nslookup" rather than "miamiresolve")
