Subject: | Re: IP addresses...and security |
While online on the weekend I noticed a couple of messages in the
Genesis log saying that a particular IP address had tried to access
my IP address on port 21, and had been refused access. Recently an
unenlightened friend (using another OS...) had installed "Black Ice
Defender" on his PC, and had reported a few attempts to access his PC.
Is there any anti-hacking software for Amiga? As an aside, I fed the
offending IP address into my browser, and it came up with someone's
personal site...
Michael.
