MI2 may have some success with ModePro but I just use a 'Grand TV Amazing'
unit to do the job of promoting stuff...a scan-doubler will do the same
job (the TV Amazing connects up both SVGA - BVision - , SVideo, Native
graphics and also a TV tuner (built in) and promoted them to SVGA monitor)
