do NOT give them any attitude. They work in the same way as ClickBOOM in
that respect. they dont HAVE to reply rapidly to you , upgrades are part
of a courtesy, and therefore you have to be plain and act in a decent
manner. This means not repeatedly mailing them, no agressive nature, good
wording etc. Sometimes I can see where they are coming from and I'd be
tempted to work in the same way if i did similar business.
