I disagree with you here. I did the same and they sent me version
'99v56a31' within a week. However, I didn't give then the serial number
off the power-flyer.
I have the gold version here which I bought a few weeks ago and got version
5.7! But I don't know if this is the latest driver.

First, is it a GOLD version? If it was then you should have got version 5.7
with it. There isn't much difference between the two tbh. Make sure you
give them all the information they require and I'm sure they will help you
out.
Elbox have delivered a spot on service to us Power-Flyer (I have two) and
Mediator owners.
