That's probably your IP address.

Use MiamiResolve, or resolve if you have Genesis, to lookup the
hostname(s) associated with the address.

You're trying to run a server on a dialup connection? With a maximum
speed of 33K, almost certainly less with a V90 modem, it won't be much
fun to browse.
