After some more experimentation I have found the following. Unfortunately this
just makes the whole thing wierder. I have installed a completely fresh IB2.2
onto a new partition then without changing any prefs I tried to click on the
IBrowse logo (in the default home page) and view seperately. This works OK using
the IB default internal viewer. Then sfter altering the ext viewer prefs to
point to Visage >NIL: %f nothing happens then, interestingly, when I changed the
prefs back to the default prefs still nothing works. I think it's time for
Mulder and Scully.
