almost ALL 3.5/3.9 changes are lost if you dont update the ROM stuff. you
end up with just some new utils/software
as for resets/reboots. with correct tweaking you can get down to the Amiga
having to just reset twice (thats with tools such as blizkick, bppcfix,
oxypatcher, setpatch etc running)
