agreed. storage?? very very few emails are kept.
I move addresses into address book so i can mail people in future
(the number of people who keep old mails just to use the (r)eply is
outstanding!)
any useful tips/hints then i save the mail and edit it onto the end of a
personal text 'FAQ/hints' file
