Although the manufacturer's site doesn't list that error, their site
generally looks to be excellent, if their support is as good you could
drop them an email, they certainly give the impression that they'll
answer it.

In my experience that tends to be one of two things, either the
shipping lock has slipped and is either partly or fully on.
Alternatively, the drive belt might be slipping, you should be able to
re-tension it.
