I didn't mean to imply invalidating existing agreements, only that the
parties to
those agreements can agree to new terms/licenses as desired, and that CDRW
and online resources make it so much easier to implement those changes,
that
with the copyright holders permissions, the entire body of digital content
can
legally, creatively, and for some, even profitably, be put into
distribution.
