Subject: | 1230scsi fix |
Hi,
I'm trying to get another A1200 up and running. I have a
Blizzard 1230-III with scsi kit. I have the MapRom jumper removed
for faster speed (losing me 0.5Mb ram). I have installed 1230ScsiFix V1.6
and have this in C: and these lines in startup-sequence as follows:-
--snip--
C:SetPatch QUIET
C:1230ScsiFix >NIL: RESIDENT
--snip--
I'm using an external scsi 4xspeed CD-ROM
You need this scsi fix as there is a fault on the mk3 scsi kit. I used
to be able to get this to work but my CD-ROM seems slow unless I'm used
to the speed of my other Amiga with a 1260 and 32x CD-ROM.
Has anyone got the Blizzard 1230-III with scsi
See You
Ken
