Thanks for your comments. However, I've now considered storing e-mails
on the Zip has it's down side. You can download an awful lot of mail
without cluttering your HD net partition. But that's like sweeping
fluff under the carpet. Sooner or later it's all got to be sorted.
Actually, I'm surprised there's very little software to help sort/file
emails/messages.
Anyway, my thanks to all who responded. In summary, I think I will
have to meditate further on this.
