Concepts:
1. An Acrobat (PDF) file is a special type of Postscript file.
2. You are trying to interpret the Postscript code in the file and
output a bitmap, either to screen or to a non-Postscript printer.
3. The interpreter needs Type 1 font files in order to draw the characters in
the text. A selection of fonts is provided with GS.
4. Other fonts can be downloaded and installed, or might be included in
the PDF file. There is a text file, Fontmap.txt, in Data, which you
might need to edit.
5. Read all the docs. There are lots.
6. Try to get it working with Ghostview_Screen first. Then go for the
printer.
