No, unfortunately it does not :(

I have set the DefaultPublicScreen option to 'on' but the window is still
showing up on workbench. I've also discovered that if using Multiview, it
opens on WB but brings the screen to the front. However, upon closing it
dumps me back to WB and so I have to switch back to Yam. (At least that is
preferable). Does anyone have any other ideas on how to bring a screen to
the front?
