It's not quite as simple as that ;^)
If you're using PAL, with or without a scandoubler, you need to use 15 or 16;
If you're using DblNTSC or DblPAL you'll need something around 29;
Productivity needs 30 / 31-ish;
Graphics cards are trickier still - because the critical factor is the state
in which the Gfx Card software leaves the AGA chips:
"Out of the box", most Gfx Card software leaves the AGA chips running at
15KHz - but there are hacks for CGfx3, and (I think) tooltypes or
environment variables for P96 and CGfx4, which increase the AGA frequency to
improve sound quality (!)
The key is basically experimentation!
